USAAF crews carried out the first American bombing mission over Europe in August 1942 flying the British version of the Douglas A-20 named Boston by the RAF. All major Allied Air Forces, with the Soviet Union having the most, flew the Douglas A-20. This A-20G is "Little Joe" of the 5th Air Force, 312th Bomb Group, 389th Bomb Squadron has completed 150 missions.
