This poster depicts the four important U.S. Army fighters of the transition period to modern designs in the 1930s. The Boeing P-26 Peashooter was the U.S. Army's first all-metal monoplane design. The Consolidated PB2A was the last of the two seat fighters. The Seversky P-35 introduced many innovative features in an all metal fighter. The Curtiss P-36 was a rugged fighter which evolved into the P-40 designs of World War II. This 12.5" x 22" poster print, signed by the artist, is shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
